Our story began in the 1950s when our grandfather ran a successful concrete company and began investing in real estate, laying both the literal and figurative foundation for our family's future.

In 2000, we expanded from Texas to Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, continuing his legacy of honest business and hands-on dedication to every property we touch.

Today, our family works together to buy and sell single-family homes, multi-family properties, and rural land across Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and Georgia.
